Ilana Krygier Lapides is a born-and-raised Calgarian and a first generation Canadian. She is the proud granddaughter of four Holocaust Survivors and a mother of three.

She is currently pursuing Rabbinical ordination which will occur later this year.

Ilana is an accomplished storyteller, orator and has held positions locally which landed her in the national spotlight as a Holocaust and Human Rights Educator.
